Matthew Norris

With over 35 years of experience, Matthew Norris has become an expert in civil and environmental engineering. Matthew Norris began working for Seaboard Industries, Inc. in 1978 as a manager of the physical and chemical laboratories. In the years following, he held many other titles working with various engineering companies around Maryland. In 1989, Matthew Norris earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Maryland. In 2000, he received his Master of Engineering from the same university. During this time, Matthew Norris became the President and Project Engineer at Geotechnical Engineering Associates, Inc., founded Earth Laboratories, Inc. and later, after merger, became the vice-president of Tech Earth & Environmental, Inc. in Maryland.

Matthew Norris is a licensed professional engineer. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the American Society for Testing & Materials.

His specific experience includes the following:
